I am trying to install Windows 7 Enterprise in ... ()

I am trying to install Windows 7 Enterprise in a VM on Ubuntu 12.04. I am getting the folling error message: "Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file [C:\\Windows\Panther\unattend.xml} for pass [oobeSystem]. The setting specified in the answer file cannot be applied. The error was detected while processing settings for component [Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup]." I have tried this using three seperate install images from two different sources. Any advice? Thanks!
